Returns and exchanges

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

I always display my items in the most honest way possible with detailed descriptions. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact me before you make the purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item please contact me and I will do my best to solve the problem.



Accepted payment method: PayPal. Don't forget that you can use PayPal to pay with your credit card, even if you don't have a PayPal account! 

Make sure that your shipping address is the same address PayPal has on file.

Please note I am not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred. I always declare the full value of the goods (in case of damage or loss of the parcel) and I do not mark goods as gifts.

International countries I currently ship to are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact me to see if shipment can be arranged. 

I ship your orders by registered parcels. It means that you receive the tracking number. All items are carefully packed. I use bubble wrap, styrofoam, biodegradable package filler and sturdy boxes.

Roomboxes are always sent separately from furniture (it is safer for furniture). 

Items are normally shipped within 2 to 8 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time for international shipments is 2-4 weeks on average. If your order is not delivered in 30 days, please let me know and I will claim a complaint at my post office.

Please check the package carefully upon receipt and if it is damaged, write a report with the postman or file a complaint. If your parcel is damaged, please let me know about it up to two days after delivery. Take photos of the damage and do not throw away the packaging.


Additional information

Minimagine creates and stores all items in a smoke-free and pet-free home. I do like pets but I also understand that some may be allergic to animal hair.

My items are handmade or hand finished. This means that they may differ slightly from each other.

All listings are for items presented in the first photo. Dolls are not included. Furniture, roomboxes and accessories shown in other photos are not included.

My items are not intended for children - they are designed for adult collectors.

Please understand that the actual colors of items may be slightly different from the monitor.



I have been selling in my Etsy shop for many years. If you want to buy my items on Etsy, please let me know which items you would like to purchase and I will list them on Etsy, but I will add almost 20% fees (unfortunately, Etsy takes commission even on shipping costs).
