Returns and exchanges
I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, I want you to feel confident about your purchase. I always present my items as accurately as possible with detailed descriptions and photos. If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to contact me before placing your order — I’ll be happy to help.
If there’s any issue with your order, please message me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cartes Bancaires.
Please make sure your shipping address matches the address on file with PayPal (if applicable).
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply.
Please note that I always declare the full value of the goods (for insurance purposes in case of loss or damage) and I do not mark items as gifts.

All orders are shipped as registered parcels with a tracking number. Items are carefully packed using sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and eco-friendly packing peanuts to ensure they arrive safely.
Roomboxes are always shipped separately from furniture, as this is safer for the items.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 business days after purchase. The average delivery time for international shipments is 2–4 weeks.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact me and I will file a claim with the postal service.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, report it to the postal worker or file a claim with your local post office.
If your parcel is damaged, please contact me within 2 days of delivery. Take photos of the damage and keep all packaging materials.
Additional information
All items are created and stored in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. I do like pets, but I understand that some people may be sensitive or allergic to animal hair.
All items are handmade or hand-finished, so slight variations may occur.
Each listing refers to the item shown in the first photo. Dolls are not included. Furniture, roomboxes, and accessories shown in additional photos are for display purposes only and are not included unless stated otherwise.
My items are not intended for children — they are designed for adult collectors.
